First Oceanic Property Management, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Governance and Compliance professional to join our growing team in Taguig City. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive IT governance frameworks and policies.
- Conduct regular IT audits and compliance assessments to ensure adherence to local and international regulations (e.g., ISO, PCI-DSS).
- Identify, assess, and mitigate IT risks to protect company assets and data privacy.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the resolution of IT compliance issues and incident responses.
- Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during inspections.
- Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for IT governance processes.
- Oversee vendor management contracts to ensure third-party compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT governance, compliance, or internal audit.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or CRISC are highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Philippine data privacy laws and IT standards.
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to guide junior staff.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for policy documentation.
- Experience in the Real Estate or Property Management industry is a plus.
