This position is ideal for a technical expert who can navigate the intersection of enterprise application governance and core network infrastructure management.
As a Senior Specialist, you will be entrusted with the overall health and strategic direction of the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems. At the same time, you will oversee the administration, customization, and optimization of ERP systems to ensure seamless business operations. Your ability to integrate ERP with other critical applications will be key to driving efficiency and data accuracy across the organization.
Key aspects of the role include leading IT infrastructure projects from conception to completion, establishing disaster recovery protocols, and staying ahead of technology trends to recommend innovative solutions. You will work closely with department heads to understand business requirements and translate them into technical implementations. Compliance with industry standards and internal policies will be a core part of your daily responsibilities.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and security systems.
- Administer, configure, and maintain ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) to meet business needs.
- Ensure seamless integration between ERP and other business applications, optimizing data flow and processes.
- Develop and implement IT policies, security protocols, and disaster recovery plans.
- Lead technology projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT strategies with organizational goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and ERP system administration.
- In-depth knowledge of network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, routers) and IT security best practices.
- Proven expertise with leading ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, or similar).
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CCNA, PMP, or ERP-specific certifications are highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
