Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server environments including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file services
- Manage and optimize virtualization infrastructure using VMware or Hyper-V technologies
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise networking equipment including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery of critical IT systems and data
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency
- Develop and maintain IT documentation including network diagrams, system configurations, and operational procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions that support business objectives
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices in IT infrastructure
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and systems administration
- Expert knowledge of Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Strong experience with virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere or Hyper-V)
- Proficiency in enterprise networking concepts and technologies
- Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, or equivalent are highly desirable
- Experience with cloud technologies and hybrid infrastructure solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
