Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute the organization's digital transformation roadmap and IT strategic plan.
- Lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable data architectures and management systems.
- Manage end-to-end IT project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with operational objectives.
- Establish data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity, security, and privacy compliance.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify process improvement opportunities through automation and digital integration.
- Oversee vendor relationships and manage IT infrastructure budgets, ensuring cost-effective technology procurement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or technical lead capacity.
- Proven expertise in data warehousing, business intelligence tools, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and regulatory compliance standards.
- Excellent project management skills, preferably with certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum).
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the social service or non-profit sector is highly advantageous.
