Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of manufacturing applications including MES, SFC, and WMS systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions that meet business needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure system reliability and performance
- Document software development processes, technical specifications, and user guides
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices in manufacturing IT
- Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed
- Work in Agile development environment and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software development, particularly in manufacturing applications
- Strong programming skills in relevant languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python)
- Experience with MES, SFC, or WMS systems implementation
- Familiarity with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL)
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and lifecycle
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
