We're seeking a dynamic Senior IT Project Engineer to drive mission-critical initiatives for our US-based clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end lifecycle management of IT infrastructure projects for US-based MSP clients
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, vendors, stakeholders) to ensure alignment and timely delivery
- Implement agile methodologies and project management best practices (Scrum, Kanban)
- Monitor project KPIs, resolve technical blockers, and maintain quality assurance protocols
- Manage project budgets and vendor relationships while ensuring compliance with SLAs
- Document project artifacts and deliver comprehensive post-project reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management or engineering roles
- Proven expertise with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PMP certification preferred)
- Strong technical aptitude in cloud infrastructure, networking, or cybersecurity
- Experience collaborating with US-based clients and managing remote teams
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) or project management highly desirable
