- Provide technical support to all employees, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and related hardware and software
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary security measures to protect data
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Document IT processes, procedures, and solutions for future reference
- Train employees on new technologies and best practices for IT usage
- Stay updated with the latest IT trends and recommend improvements to existing systems
- Manage IT assets and ensure proper maintenance of equipment
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT support or related roles
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certifications in IT support (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft, Cisco) are advantageous
- Experience in the construction or related industry is a plus
