Alphline Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT System Engineer to join our dynamic team in Ang Mo Kio. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain the company's IT infrastructure and network systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Ensure network security, data protection, and compliance with IT policies.
- Manage and configure servers, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Collaborate with the management team to upgrade systems and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance monitoring to identify potential risks.
- Train and mentor junior IT staff on best practices and new technologies.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT system engineering or network administration.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
- Experience with server management (Windows Server, Linux) and virtualization (VMware).
- Relevant certifications such as CCNP, MCSE, or equivalent are highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with non-technical staff.
