Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end Java applications using modern frameworks (Spring Boot, Hibernate).
- Collaborate with product owners and architects to define technical specifications and roadmaps.
- Write clean, testable, and performant code, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior team members, and foster a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, providing timely root‑cause analysis and fixes.
- Contribute to architectural decisions, promoting scalability, security, and maintainability.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Java development.
- Strong proficiency in Java (JDK 11+), Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate/JPA.
- Hands‑on experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
- Familiarity with build tools such as Maven or Gradle, and version control systems (Git).
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, with a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
