Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based microservices and enterprise applications
- Lead technical architecture decisions and implementation of cloud-native solutions
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for continuous delivery
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Stay current with emerging Java frameworks and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of professional Java development experience with Spring Boot and microservices
- Expertise in RESTful API development and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL/NoSQL) and caching strategies
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and orchestration
- Proven track record of mentoring development teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality
