Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop robust, high-performance Java-based web applications using Spring Boot and related frameworks.
- Lead architectural decisions, code reviews, and technical planning sessions to ensure code quality and scalability.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability through continuous refactoring and testing.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services to extend application functionality and user experience.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
- Ensure all code is well-documented and follows company coding standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Java development.
- Strong proficiency in Spring Framework, Hibernate, JPA, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with Microservices architecture and message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Familiarity with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
