Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement high-quality, scalable, and maintainable enterprise-grade Java applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices, security, and performance standards are met.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex production issues.
- Mentor junior developers and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Participate in architectural discussions and influence the selection of tools and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection standards throughout the development lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Java/J2EE development.
- Deep understanding of Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful web services.
- Experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL database design and optimization.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and analytical skills.
