Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure backend services using Java.
- Lead the end-to-end system development life cycle (SDLC) from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance.
- Architect and implement seamless integration solutions with various enterprise middleware platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features that meet business objectives.
- Perform comprehensive code reviews to ensure quality, security, and adherence to clean coding standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing backend systems to enhance performance and reliability.
- Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in object-oriented design and development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Java development with a strong focus on backend systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
- Extensive experience with middleware integration and API development (REST/SOAP).
- Proven track record of managing full SDLC processes in large-scale enterprise projects.
- Strong working knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with a proactive approach to solving complex technical challenges.
