Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable Java-based applications and microservices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship high-quality features.
- Write clean, testable, and efficient code while adhering to industry best practices and design patterns.
- Perform comprehensive code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and security.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement solutions to optimize system throughput and reliability.
- Bridge communication between regional technical teams and global stakeholders using English and Mandarin.
- Mentor junior developers and participate in architectural decision-making processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Java/J2EE development.
- Strong proficiency in Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful API development.
- Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle) and NoSQL solutions.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud-native architecture (AWS/Azure).
- Fluent communication skills in both English and Mandarin to support international collaborations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
