Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable Java-based solutions.
- Develop and optimize microservices using Kafka for real-time data processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical code reviews to ensure code quality.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve system efficiency.
- Ensure application security and data integrity across all platforms.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Senior Java Developer with 5+ years of professional development.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka.
- Experience with modern Web Technologies (RESTful APIs, JSON).
- Excellent understanding of database systems (SQL/NoSQL).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a hybrid team environment.
- Willingness to work onsite 100% in Quezon City and available for mid-shift hours.
