We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Programmer to join the dynamic team at Insite MY Systems. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that drive our business forward.
As a Senior Java Programmer, you will act as a technical lead, guiding junior developers and ensuring code quality across the board. You will work in a collaborative environment using Agile methodologies to deliver features on time. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean code, system scalability, and solving complex technical challenges.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement scalable Java-based applications and microservices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis and design.
- Conduct code reviews and perform rigorous unit testing to ensure software reliability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers to define features.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Java development.
- Strong proficiency in Java Core, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and J2EE.
- Deep understanding of Relational Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL optimization.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities.
