Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in Jakarta region
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and product demonstrations
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated client solutions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Track sales performance against targets and adjust approaches as needed
- Provide regular reports on account status, pipeline, and growth opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in account management or sales (junior/senior levels)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales productivity tools
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
