Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues at client sites with minimal supervision
- Install, commission, and maintain automation systems and equipment
- Provide technical support and training to clients on system operation and maintenance
- Prepare detailed service reports and documentation for each service call
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of complex technical issues
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools required for service activities
- Continuously update technical knowledge through training and self-study
- Identify opportunities for service improvements and upselling of additional services
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
- Strong understanding of automation systems, PLC programming, and industrial controls
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in the field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required
- Certification in automation or industrial systems is a plus
- Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are encouraged to apply
