Tanggung Jawab
- Design and oversee architectural plans for airport terminals and support facilities
- Ensure compliance with aviation security standards and international building codes
- Optimize passenger flow and spatial efficiency in high-traffic areas
- Coordinate structural, MEP, and façade systems integration
- Lead design reviews and resolve complex technical issues
- Prepare construction documentation and specifications
- Maintain project schedules and coordinate with contractors
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or related field
- Senior: 5+ years airport/large-scale project experience; Junior: 0-2 years
- Proficiency in CAD/BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
- Strong understanding of structural systems and material science
- Knowledge of Philippine building codes and FAA/ICAO standards
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- PRC Architectural Engineer license preferred
