We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Conveyancing Lawyer (Senior or Junior level) to join our professional team in Selangor. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end conveyancing files, including Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA) and loan documentation.
- Liaise professionally with clients, financial institutions, and relevant government authorities.
- Conduct thorough legal research and title searches to ensure compliance with property laws.
- Prepare, review, and finalize all necessary legal instruments and forms for property transfers.
- Maintain precise and organized documentation for all assigned property portfolios.
- Advise clients on legal implications regarding property transactions and financing solutions.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of legal documentation to meet strict deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) or equivalent qualification recognized by the Legal Profession Qualifying Board.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in conveyancing legal practice.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin or other dialects is an added advantage).
- Possess a valid Practising Certificate in Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
