Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed technical drawings and schematics using AutoCAD and other drafting software
- Develop and maintain Building Information Modeling (BIM) models for various engineering projects
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment
- Perform clash detection and resolution in BIM models to prevent construction issues
- Update and revise drawings and models based on project requirements and feedback
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company protocols
- Collaborate with the project team to optimize design efficiency and reduce errors
- Train junior staff on drafting techniques and BIM software usage
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Technology, or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM software
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in drafting and BIM coordination
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve design conflicts
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with Singapore building codes and regulations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
