Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance programs for production/test equipment
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize operational disruption
- Analyze equipment performance data to optimize maintenance strategies
- Document maintenance procedures and maintain accurate equipment records
- Collaborate with engineering teams on equipment reliability improvements
- Train technicians on proper maintenance protocols and safety standards
- Manage spare parts inventory for maintenance operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- 2-5 years of maintenance engineering experience (senior/junior level)
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance methodologies and CMMS systems
- Experience with production equipment maintenance in manufacturing environments
- Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and control systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Certification in maintenance management (e.g., CMRP) is advantageous
