Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize production processes
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve production bottlenecks
- Monitor production metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Train and supervise production staff to maintain safety protocols
- Develop production schedules to meet client demand and deadlines
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology or related field
- 2-5 years of production management experience (junior/senior level)
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control systems
- Proficiency in production management software and data analysis tools
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Leadership experience with team management skills
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
