- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Cultivate long-term partnerships with key business partners through proactive engagement
- Identify and capitalize on cross-selling/up-selling opportunities within assigned accounts
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic account decisions
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts, performance reports, and account health metrics
- Resolve complex client issues while maintaining high satisfaction levels
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience with 2+ years in key account management
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in beauty/FMCG industry preferred
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven sales methodologies
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in sales forecasting and market analysis
- Fluency in English with proficiency in additional Asian languages advantageous
