Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key retail stakeholders and procurement teams.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from negotiation and contract renewals to promotional execution.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for revenue improvement.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product availability and merchandising excellence.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to present performance insights and growth proposals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management, specifically within the FMCG or Retail industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales KPIs and revenue targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of the Malaysian retail landscape and FMCG distribution channels.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
