Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate the Malaysian retail market and secure key account contracts.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in top retail organizations.
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial prospecting and technical demonstrations to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with internal technical and product teams to tailor IoT and digital retail solutions to specific client requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and technological advancements to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and strategic business plans for management.
- Participate in industry exhibitions and networking events to enhance brand presence and generate high-quality leads.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, preferably within the retail technology, SaaS, or IoT sectors.
- Strong existing network within the Malaysian retail or FMCG industry is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate high-value enterprise contracts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a strong desire to excel in a competitive market environment.
- Fluency in English and Malay is essential; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage due to regional collaboration.
