You will be responsible for preparing signature dishes, managing food inventory, and leading the kitchen operations to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook Korean dishes, specifically Kimbap and other menu items, according to strict recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and organization at all times to comply with health regulations.
- Manage food inventory levels, perform stock rotation, and minimize food waste to control costs effectively.
- Assist in the training and supervision of junior kitchen staff to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow.
- Operate kitchen equipment, including grills, rice cookers, and slicers, safely and correctly.
- Ensure timely preparation of orders during peak service hours to meet customer expectations.
- Monitor food quality and taste consistency across all dishes served.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in Korean or Asian cuisine.
- Proven experience as a Senior Kitchen Staff or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
- Valid Food Handler or Hygiene Certificate is preferred.
