Are you a seasoned Infrastructure Engineer with a deep expertise in data protection and disaster recovery? Goodman Tech BPO OPC is looking for a Senior L3 Backup & Infrastructure Engineer to join our elite technical team. In this role, you will be the final point of escalation for complex backup environments, ensuring the 24/7 availability and integrity of our critical data infrastructure.
As an L3 specialist, you will spearhead the architecture, configuration, and troubleshooting of Veeam Availability Suite within high-demand enterprise environments. Working the night shift, you will operate as a key technical lead during critical operational windows, collaborating with global stakeholders to maintain optimal system performance and disaster recovery readiness.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide L3 technical support and troubleshooting for Veeam Backup & Replication environments.
- Architect, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade backup solutions across multi-site infrastructure.
- Lead disaster recovery testing and failover exercises to ensure Business Continuity Planning (BCP) compliance.
- Monitor and optimize backup performance, storage utilization, and deduplication efficiency.
- Conduct deep-dive root cause analysis (RCA) for backup failures and service disruptions.
- Collaborate with cloud engineers to integrate hybrid-cloud backup strategies (Azure/AWS/Off-site).
- Mentor junior engineers and document technical workflows, standard operating procedures, and architecture diagrams.
- Ensure security hardening of backup servers and integrity of encrypted data sets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in system administration with a focus on enterprise backup solutions.
- Expert-level proficiency with Veeam Availability Suite (Certification preferred: VMCE/VMCT).
- Strong background in Windows Server and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) administration.
- Solid understanding of virtualization technologies, specifically VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V.
- Experience with storage arrays, SAN/NAS configurations, and cloud-integrated backup workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex infrastructure projects in a 24/7 high-availability environment.
- Ability to work the night shift and provide on-call support as required.
