Tanggung Jawab
- Provide L3 technical support for payment processing systems and AS400 applications
- Troubleshoot complex issues in payment gateways, transaction processing, and core banking systems
- Develop and maintain robust scripts and tools for system monitoring and automation
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve critical incidents and implement patches
- Document technical solutions, create knowledge base articles, and refine support procedures
- Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and compliance initiatives
- Mentor junior support staff and conduct technical training sessions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in L3 technical support with focus on payment systems
- Expert knowledge of AS400 architecture, RPG programming, and CL commands
- Strong understanding of payment protocols (ISO 20022, PCI-DSS) and financial regulations
- Proficiency in database management (SQL) and scripting languages
- Experience with incident management tools and ITIL frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose complex system issues
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
