Are you an expert in troubleshooting complex technical ecosystems? Luxoft is partnering with a prestigious leading Asian bank to appoint a Senior L3 Support Engineer. This is a critical role within the enterprise technology division, tasked with maintaining the stability, performance, and security of mission-critical banking applications that serve a global network spanning 19 countries.
As an L3 Support Engineer, you will act as the final point of escalation for complex technical incidents, bridging the gap between operations and software engineering. You will thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, leveraging your deep analytical skills to perform root cause analysis (RCA), implement architectural fixes, and drive continuous improvement in our production environments.
Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the final point of escalation for complex technical issues, providing advanced troubleshooting for production systems.
- Perform comprehensive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and implement long-term preventative measures.
- Collaborate closely with global development and DevOps teams to streamline deployment pipelines and enhance system reliability.
- Optimize system performance, monitor application logs, and proactively identify bottlenecks before they impact end-users.
- Manage production patches, hotfixes, and configuration changes in compliance with strict banking security standards.
- Mentor junior support team members and document technical processes to foster a knowledge-sharing culture.
- Assist in the automation of routine maintenance tasks using scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in L3 support, system engineering, or site reliability engineering (SRE).
- Strong expertise in Linux/Unix environments, including shell scripting and kernel-level troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with database management (SQL, Oracle) and complex query optimization.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience working in the financial services sector or highly regulated enterprise environments is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business requirements effectively.
