The Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR) is looking for a dedicated and forward-thinking Senior Lab Officer / Research Engineer to join our Supply and Logistics Management team. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement digital inventory management strategies specifically tailored for cleanroom environments.
- Lead the procurement and supply chain lifecycle for specialized semiconductor consumables and lab equipment.
- Integrate IoT and automated tracking systems to provide real-time visibility into asset utilization and stock levels.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary research teams to forecast material requirements and prevent operational downtime.
- Maintain strict adherence to cleanroom protocols (ISO standards) during the handling and storage of sensitive materials.
- Optimize vendor management processes to ensure cost-effectiveness and high-quality service delivery.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee the documentation and compliance reporting for all logistics and laboratory operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in laboratory management or logistics within the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry.
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and digital inventory software.
- Strong understanding of cleanroom operations and hazardous material handling procedures.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional collaborations.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present technical logistical data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Logistics, or PMP is highly advantageous.
