Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily laboratory operations, focusing on the maintenance, calibration, and optimization of metal 3D printing systems.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure safe and efficient laboratory workflows.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to translate R&D concepts into industrial-grade additive manufacturing processes.
- Manage laboratory safety protocols and ensure strict compliance with institutional and industrial standards.
- Analyze process data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance output quality.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior lab staff and research assistants.
- Maintain comprehensive logs of machine performance, material consumption, and project progress reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in industrial laboratory environments, preferably within additive manufacturing.
- Deep technical understanding of metal powder bed fusion (PBF) technologies and associated post-processing techniques.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical equipment and manage technical documentation.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on quality control and Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a research-intensive environment.
- Experience in data acquisition and analysis software for industrial monitoring.
