Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain laser metal deposition (LMD) systems and associated equipment
- Design and execute experimental protocols for laser-based remanufacturing processes
- Analyze material properties and surface characteristics post-treatment
- Document experimental data and prepare technical reports for R&D stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process optimization and scaling
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and laboratory standards
- Stay updated on advancements in laser technology and additive manufacturing
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with laser processing systems
- Proficiency in metallographic analysis and materials characterization
- Strong understanding of additive manufacturing principles and metallurgy
- Experience with experimental design and data analysis methodologies
- Certification in laser safety protocols (e.g., ANSI Z136.1)
- Excellent documentation and technical writing skills
