Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the daily operations and maintenance of laboratory equipment within the offshore and marine technology facility.
- Oversee the setup and calibration of complex mechanical instrumentation for marine-related experiments.
- Collaborate with research staff to design, build, and troubleshoot experimental prototypes and testing rigs.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and operational standards within a high-tech laboratory environment.
- Collect, process, and analyze technical data from experimental trials to support ongoing research initiatives.
- Maintain detailed records of lab activities, equipment inventory, and maintenance logs.
- Assist in procurement and vendor management for specialized lab components and tooling.
- Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance on lab best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Ocean Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a laboratory or industrial engineering environment, preferably in the marine sector.
- Strong proficiency in mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, and instrumentation.
- Hands-on experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and data acquisition systems.
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and hazard management (WSH).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to engineering challenges.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented research setting.
- Proficiency in programming or automation tools (e.g., LabVIEW) is highly advantageous.
