Join Solar Philippines as a Senior Land Technical Specialist and play a pivotal role in accelerating renewable energy development across the Philippines. In this senior-level position, you will oversee the technical integrity and documentation of land acquisition processes for solar projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards. Your expertise will directly contribute to securing viable project sites while mitigating land-related risks. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, deep technical knowledge of land surveying and geodetic principles, and the ability to navigate complex land titling systems. As a key member of our land acquisition team, you'll collaborate with legal, engineering, and government relations departments to streamline land procurement workflows and support the growth of sustainable energy infrastructure.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead technical due diligence for land acquisitions, including title verification, survey analysis, and encumbrance checks
- Oversee preparation and validation of land documentation, including deeds, tax declarations, and cadastral surveys
- Coordinate with government agencies (DENR, LRA, BIR) for land permits, clearances, and titling processes
- Conduct field inspections and geodetic surveys to verify land boundaries and suitability for solar projects
- Develop technical specifications for land acquisition packages and negotiate land-related terms
- Ensure compliance with land reform laws, environmental regulations, and renewable energy zoning requirements
- Prepare technical reports and recommendations for land acquisition strategies and risk assessments
- Manage land acquisition projects from identification through to legal titling completion
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Geodetic Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Surveying with PRC license
- Minimum 5 years of experience in land acquisition, surveying, or technical documentation
- Expertise in land titling procedures, cadastral systems, and Philippine land laws
- Proficiency in GIS software (ArcGIS, QGIS) and land surveying equipment
- Strong understanding of renewable energy project development requirements
- Experience coordinating with government agencies and handling land-related permits
- Excellent analytical skills for evaluating land parcels and technical feasibility
- Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines
