Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and review technical documentation for landscape projects
- Coordinate and review shop drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications
- Provide site-related technical clarifications and resolve construction issues
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address technical challenges
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for project milestones
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in landscape technical documentation
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong knowledge of landscape construction materials and methods
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and precision in technical documentation
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Johor
