Tanggung Jawab
- Represent the organization in litigation proceedings, hearings, and administrative cases before various courts and government agencies.
- Provide expert legal advisory services to management on corporate governance, employment law, and operational compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate high-stakes contracts, memoranda of agreement, and legal instruments.
- Lead dispute resolution strategies to protect the company's interests and minimize legal exposure.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement comprehensive compliance programs to ensure adherence to local laws.
- Oversee legal documentation and filings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all regulatory submissions.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel and stakeholders to resolve complex legal issues.
Kualifikasi
- Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from an accredited law school.
- Must be an active member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) and in good standing.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in litigation, corporate law, or general practice.
- Proven track record of success in court representation and dispute resolution.
- Excellent command of English and Filipino, with superior legal drafting and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
- Highly organized, with a proactive approach to risk management and regulatory compliance.
