Join Synapxe's Cyber Security Office as a Senior Lead Engineer and spearhead our transformation to Zero Trust Architecture (ZTNA). This critical role involves coordinating end-to-end ZTNA implementation and migration from traditional LAN/VPN access models, ensuring robust security posture while maintaining seamless user experience. You'll collaborate with cross-functional technical teams, vendors, and key stakeholders to architect, deploy, and optimize next-generation security frameworks. The position requires strategic leadership in designing scalable solutions that align with evolving cyber threats and business objectives. Drive innovation in identity verification, micro-segmentation, and continuous authentication while mentoring junior engineers and establishing best practices for secure network access.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end ZTNA implementation and migration projects from legacy LAN/VPN systems
- Architect and deploy scalable Zero Trust security frameworks across enterprise environments
- Coordinate technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders for seamless project execution
- Design micro-segmentation strategies and continuous authentication protocols
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (NIST, ISO 27001) and regulatory requirements
- Develop security policies, documentation, and operational playbooks for ZTNA environments
- Mentor junior engineers and establish security best practices across the organization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity with 5+ years in Zero Trust architecture
- Expertise in ZTNA solutions (e.g., Palo Alto Prisma, Cisco Duo, Okta)
- Proven track record of migrating from LAN/VPN to modern access models
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent security credentials
- Strong background in network security protocols and IAM systems
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and SaaS integration
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
