We are seeking a highly skilled Senior/Lead OpenShift Platform Engineer to join our elite team in Kuala Lumpur.
In this critical role, you will be the cornerstone of our containerization strategy, architecting, deploying, and maintaining high-availability OpenShift clusters. You will work at the intersection of development and operations, ensuring that our client's massive banking network benefits from a scalable, secure, and resilient platform. Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, install, and manage enterprise-grade Red Hat OpenShift clusters in a hybrid cloud environment.
- Lead the migration of legacy banking applications to containerized microservices architectures.
- Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines to facilitate rapid, automated, and secure software delivery.
- Collaborate with security teams to implement DevSecOps best practices and ensure compliance with global banking standards.
- Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, and optimize resource allocation for high-traffic financial services.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Participate in technical decision-making processes for long-term platform roadmap and infrastructure strategy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering or DevOps, with at least 3 years dedicated to OpenShift/Kubernetes.
- Deep understanding of container orchestration, networking, and storage within Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Helm.
- Strong scripting and automation skills (Go, Python, or Bash).
- Experience working in highly regulated industries, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration (or equivalent advanced cloud certification) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
