Are you a performance testing expert with a passion for ensuring system reliability and scalability? Rising Tide Digital is seeking a highly skilled Senior/Lead Performance Tester to drive our quality assurance standards and optimize digital experiences.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining comprehensive performance testing strategies tailored to our high-traffic platforms. Your expertise will be critical in executing rigorous load and stress tests to identify bottlenecks before they impact end-users. As a leader, you will guide a team of performance testers, mentoring junior members and ensuring best practices are followed across all testing phases.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement robust performance testing strategies and test plans.
- Execute complex load, stress, and scalability tests using industry-standard tools such as JMeter, K6, or Gatling.
- Analyze system bottlenecks, latency issues, and resource constraints in real-time.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of performance testers to ensure project milestones are met.
- Collaborate closely with software developers and DevOps engineers to optimize code and database queries.
- Establish performance baselines, SLAs, and reporting metrics for stakeholders.
- Create detailed test reports and actionable recommendations for system improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in performance testing and load testing.
- Strong proficiency with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Apache Bench).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Proven experience in leading or managing testing teams and mentoring junior staff.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and agile development methodologies.
