Tanggung Jawab
- Lead research and development projects focused on advanced lithography techniques for semiconductor manufacturing.
- Design and execute experimental plans to optimize lithographic processes for high-yield production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate lithography solutions with packaging and assembly workflows.
- Analyze technical data, prepare research reports, and present findings to internal stakeholders and industry partners.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and researchers.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance resolution, overlay accuracy, and throughput.
- Manage relationships with equipment vendors and external research collaborators.
Kualifikasi
- PhD or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of hands-on experience in lithography process development within an R&D or fab environment.
- Deep understanding of photolithography equipment, photoresists, and exposure tools.
- Strong expertise in design of experiments (DOE) and statistical process control (SPC).
- Proven track record of managing technical projects and delivering high-quality research outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead collaborative research initiatives.
- Familiarity with advanced semiconductor packaging technologies is a significant advantage.
