- Lead research projects in autonomous navigation, manipulation, and perception for industrial robotics applications
- Design and develop advanced algorithms for real-time decision-making in dynamic manufacturing environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate robotic systems into existing production workflows
- Drive innovation in human-robot collaboration and adaptive control systems
- Secure research funding through grant applications and industry partnerships
- Mentor junior researchers and supervise graduate student projects

- Represent ARTC at international conferences and industry forums
Kualifikasi
- Master's or PhD degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in robotics R&D with proven track record of publications
- Expertise in ROS, SLAM, path planning, and computer vision for robotic systems
- Strong programming skills in C++, Python, and relevant ML frameworks
- Experience with industrial automation and manufacturing systems integration
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex research projects from concept to implementation
- Excellent problem-solving skills with focus on real-world industrial applications
