Kualifikasi
- PhD or Master's degree in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in semiconductor fabrication processes, with specialization in ion implant and RTA
- Strong expertise in predictive analytics and statistical process control methodologies
- Proven track record of process optimization and yield improvement
- Experience with semiconductor manufacturing equipment and process development
- Demonstrated leadership ability in technical projects and research initiatives
