Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize training performance, engagement, and ROI for global stakeholders.
- Translate raw data into actionable insights that inform L&D strategy and optimize training program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps and align learning solutions with organizational goals.
- Design predictive models to forecast training needs and identify trends in employee performance.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analyses to evaluate the impact of learning initiatives on operational KPIs.
- Ensure data integrity across all learning management systems and external reporting tools.
- Present data-driven recommendations to senior management to influence decision-making and policy development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within an L&D or HR context.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for advanced data manipulation and statistical modeling.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning data structures (xAPI, SCORM).
- Exceptional analytical thinking with the ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a high-volume, international corporate environment.
