You will handle end-to-end leasing processes, from prospecting and negotiations to lease renewals and documentation. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end leasing cycle, including lead generation, tenant sourcing, and site viewings.
- Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and tenancy agreements to achieve optimal occupancy and yield.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of market trends in the commercial real estate sector.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to ensure high retention rates and seamless renewals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing and facilities management, to enhance the value proposition of the portfolio.
- Prepare regular leasing activity reports, occupancy forecasts, and financial updates for management review.
- Ensure all leasing activities comply with legal requirements and internal company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial leasing, property management, or corporate real estate.
- Proven track record in closing successful leasing deals and managing a diverse tenant mix.
- Strong understanding of Singapore’s commercial property market and relevant legislative frameworks.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with property management software.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a target-driven environment.
