Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver high-quality medical curricula for undergraduate and postgraduate medical students.
- Provide clinical instruction and mentorship to students during their clinical rotations and laboratory sessions.
- Lead and participate in high-impact medical research projects and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals.
- Facilitate innovative teaching methodologies, including problem-based learning (PBL) and simulation-based training.
- Participate actively in departmental meetings, faculty committees, and university-wide academic administration.
- Supervise student dissertations and provide guidance on academic integrity and clinical competency.
- Collaborate with clinical partners and the healthcare industry to enhance student clinical exposure.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a Medical Degree (MBBS/MD) and a postgraduate qualification (Master’s or PhD) in a relevant medical discipline.
- Current registration with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) with a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
- Significant academic teaching experience at a higher education institution at a Senior Lecturer or Associate Professor level.
- Proven track record in research with evidence of recent publications in reputable medical journals.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, motivate, and mentor students effectively.
- Experience in curriculum design and quality assurance processes for medical programs.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
