The Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA) is seeking a visionary and experienced Senior Lecturer for the School of Dance. As a Senior Lecturer, you will lead high-level instruction, contribute to curriculum development, and foster an environment of creative excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver high-quality lectures and practical dance workshops across various movement styles and techniques.
- Develop and refine curriculum modules to meet international standards and industry requirements.
- Provide academic and artistic mentorship to students through individual consultation and studio feedback.
- Lead rehearsals and oversee the choreography for student showcases and faculty performances.
- Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to the School of Dance's artistic research initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to organize industry-relevant dance projects.
- Participate in student recruitment, auditions, and assessment processes.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s degree or PhD in Dance, Performing Arts, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in dance performance, choreography, and teaching at a tertiary level.
- A distinguished portfolio showcasing professional artistic achievements and pedagogical success.
- Deep expertise in contemporary dance techniques and theoretical dance studies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire diverse groups of students.
- Proven ability to manage academic administrative tasks and adhere to institutional standards.
