Execo is seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to become a pivotal subject matter expert for implementations of leading Generative AI-powered legal tech platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organization at the intersection of law and cutting-edge technology.
In this senior-level position, you will provide expert legal guidance on the deployment, integration, and optimization of GenAI solutions within our legal operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including technology, compliance, and business leadership to ensure seamless implementation while maintaining the highest standards of legal and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in technology law, intellectual property, data privacy regulations, and AI governance frameworks. You will be responsible for structuring deals, negotiating contracts with technology vendors, and developing policies that balance innovation with risk management.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide strategic legal counsel on GenAI platform implementations and integrations
- Review, draft, and negotiate technology contracts, licensing agreements, and service agreements with AI vendors
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, intellectual property laws, and AI governance frameworks
- Develop and implement policies for responsible AI use within legal operations
- Collaborate with technology teams to assess legal risks associated with AI deployments
- Advise on regulatory requirements specific to AI and emerging technologies in the Philippines
- Conduct legal training sessions on AI-related risks and compliance for stakeholders
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments affecting GenAI implementations
Kualifikasi
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
- Minimum of 7 years of post-bar legal experience, with focus on technology, IP, or corporate law
- Admitted to the Philippine Bar with good standing
- Strong understanding of data privacy laws, intellectual property rights, and technology contracts
- Familiarity with AI technologies, machine learning concepts, and their legal implications
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to translate complex legal concepts for non-legal audiences
