Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all legal affairs, corporate governance, and compliance programs for healthcare BPO operations
- Develop and implement legal strategies to mitigate risks in healthcare data handling and cross-border transactions
- Advise executive leadership on regulatory compliance, contract negotiations, and corporate restructuring
- Manage intellectual property portfolios and ensure protection of proprietary healthcare processes
- Lead legal due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships
- Coordinate with external counsel and regulatory bodies to resolve complex legal matters
- Establish legal policies and training programs for global healthcare operations
Kualifikasi
- Philippine Bar license with 8+ years of progressive legal experience
- Minimum 5 years in corporate governance or healthcare compliance management
- Proven expertise in healthcare regulations (HIPAA, DOH, FDA) and BPO industry standards
- Advanced degree in Law or relevant certification (e.g., IAPP CIPP)
- Exceptional contract negotiation and risk assessment capabilities
- Experience managing legal teams and external legal resources
- Strong understanding of international data privacy laws and healthcare ethics
- Strategic thinking with ability to align legal initiatives with business objectives
