As a Senior L3 Engineer, you will be the technical cornerstone of our operations, overseeing complex system integrations and ensuring our clients' infrastructures are robust, scalable, and secure. You will work extensively with Microsoft ecosystems, virtualization platforms, and advanced networking hardware. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the architectural design, implementation, and maintenance of Windows Server environments and Active Directory services.
- Manage and optimize high-availability VMware vSphere virtualization clusters and SAN storage solutions.
- Oversee enterprise-level Microsoft Exchange Server administration, including migrations to Office 365 and hybrid cloud environments.
- Act as the highest point of escalation for Level 3 technical support, resolving complex infrastructure and connectivity issues.
- Design and implement comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Conduct regular security audits, patch management, and system performance monitoring to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers during project deployment phases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical infrastructure roadmaps.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or equivalent modern Microsoft Role-Based certification.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of hands-on experience in IT system engineering and infrastructure management.
- Expert-level proficiency in VMware technologies; VCP (VMware Certified Professional) certification is highly preferred.
- Strong experience in managing and migrating legacy Microsoft Exchange environments.
- In-depth knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP) and firewall configurations.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale IT projects from inception to completion.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
